[1-5] The film came about through the Art Symposium which was a part of the State Garden Show at Burghausen/Germany.
Visitors to the garden show were requested to have their left eye digitally photographed. The next step was to combine these images, digitally, with a film sequence of the river Salzach. Each eye is shown for 12 seconds, therefore, the length of the project is dependent on the number of sequences. The result of these steps is a video that is projected onto one of the windows in the old town.
The artistic worth of this project is created through the combination of flowing water, the river Salzach, the image of an eye which are influenced by the architectural structure onto which it is projected.
A slowly changing eye looks down onto the town.
